Some of the trails <br />are, in any event, mapped too close to the adjoining homes, which would cause <br />unnecessary problems and subject the City to possible lawsuits and burden law <br />enforcement with potential complaints. <br />Furthermore, I object on the basis that farming exhibits and paved flattened <br />asphalt pedestrian roads would destroy the "natural ground" of LPV and do not <br />constitute "passive recreation pursuits closely oriented to the attributes of the <br />Pacific Ocean" as required by the POU. <br />During our meeting with Valerie Blitz, Katie Traeger, and myself on April 14, <br />2015, you orally represented to us that the depiction that has been presented to <br />the public and to the National Park Service ("NPS"). as well as the City Council <br />Printed on <br />Recycled Content Paper
