CITY OF RANCHO PALOS VERDES <br />COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT <br />January 16, 2014 <br />NOTICE <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Rancho Palos Verdes will <br />·conduct a public hearing on Tuesday, February 4, 2014, at 7:00 PM at Hesse Park <br />Community Building, 29301 Hawthorne Boulevard, Rancho Palos Verdes, to consider: <br />Z0~2007-00492 (CUP Review of the St. John Fisher. Master Plan for <br />Carrion Bells and Outdoor Lighting): A review of the effectiveness of the <br />Conditions of Approval for the carillon bells and exterior lighting surrounding the <br />new sanctuary at the corrier of Crest Road and Crenshaw Blvd. As part of this <br />specific review, the City Council may add, delete or modify any of the existing <br />Conditions of Approval related to the carillon bells or exterior lighting to further <br />minimize any impacts to surrounding properties and public rights-of-way. <br />Additional reviews of other aspects of the St. John Fisher Master Plan project <br />will come at a later date. <br />LOCATION: 5448 CREST ROAD <br />PROPERTY OWNER: THE ROMAN CATHOLIC ARCHBISHOP OF LOS ANGELES <br />All interested parties are invited to submit written comments and to attend and give <br />testimony. If you have any comments or concerns about the carillon bells or exterior <br />lighting, please communicate those thoughts in writing to Staff, attention Associate Planner <br />Leza Mikhail, January 30, 2014. By doing so, you will ensure that your comments are taken <br />into consideration for the Staff analysis of the carillon bells and exterior lighting. All <br />correspondence received after this date will be given separately to the City Council prior to <br />the meeting. Written materials, including emails, submitted to the City are public records <br />and may be posted on the City's website. In addition, City meetings may be televised and <br />may be accessed through the City's website. Accordingly, you may wish to omit personal <br />information from your oral presentation or written materials as it may become part of the <br />public record regarding an agendized item.
