Notice of Completion (page B-1) <br />BACKGROUND AND DISCUSSION: <br />The City has completed construction of the Residential Street Rehabilitation Project <br />(Phase I I — Slurry Seal) for Areas 2 and 6. This project is part of a 7 -year cycle to <br />rehabilitate all public residential streets throughout the City. The scope of Phase II <br />included slurry sealing of all streets within Areas 2 and 6. The total cost of the project is <br />summarized in the following table. <br />1 <br />
