Buyer's Settlement Statement (page C-1) <br />BACKGROUND AND DISCUSSION: <br />On July 26, 2016, the Planning Commission adopted P.C. Resolution Nos. 2016-09 <br />(Mitigated Negative Declaration) and 2016-10 (Vesting Tentative Parcel Map No. 73817 <br />and Grading Permit) approving a lot split and the development of two residential <br />structures on a vacant lot located at 30389 Palos Verdes Drive East (Attachment A). <br />On February 16, 2017, the applicant submitted Vesting Final Parcel Map No. 73817 to <br />the Community Development Department for approval. Approval of the Final Map is <br />contingent on the applicant demonstrating that all of the Conditions of Approval have <br />been met. Both Staff and the City Engineer have completed an initial review of the Final <br />Map and, with the completion of minor corrections, it is in substantial compliance with all <br />of the Conditions of Approval.
