ALPR Agreement with Vigilant Solutions (page D-1) <br />BACKGROUND AND DISCUSSION <br />Staff is bringing forth the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) and Agreement with <br />Vigilant Solutions (Agreement) for the Automated License Plate Recognition (ALPR) <br />regional project. The MOU and Agreement have been reviewed and approved by each <br />of the Peninsula cities' attorneys. At the time of this writing, Rolling Hills (RH) has <br />approved the MOU, and Palos Verdes Estates (PVE) and Rolling Hills Estates (RHE) <br />have the item on their meeting agendas this week. <br />1 <br />
