Draft FY17-18 IMAC work plan (page A-1) <br />BACKGROUND AND DISCUSSION: <br />The Infrastructure Management Advisory Committee (IMAC) was established by the <br />City Council in July 2014, and held its first meeting in December 2014. Since then, <br />IMAC has submitted annual work plans to the City Council for approval. In the past few <br />months, IMAC reviewed its FY16-17 work plan in each infrastructure category. The <br />Committee discussed modifications and enhancements at IMAC meetings, and <br />developed a draft framework that reflects its goals for FY17-18. At its August 10, 2017, <br />meeting, IMAC moved to recommend that the City Council approve its proposed work <br />plan for FY17-18 (Attachment A). <br />ALTERNATIVES: <br />In addition to the Staff recommendation, the following alternative action is available for <br />the City Council's consideration: <br />1. Modify the proposed IMAC work plan or request that the Committee make <br />revisions to it for resubmittal at a future date. <br />2. Take other action as deemed appropriate by the City Council. <br />1 <br />
