RECOMMENDED COUNCIL ACTION: (1) Accept Gifts for Parks donations, and direct Staff to prepare donor letters of appreciation for the Mayor’s signature. FISCAL IMPACT: The donations are included in the adopted budget for FY 2024 -25 and will be offset by expenditures required for the intended purpose of the donations. Any remaining donations will be tracked in the donation account until fully expended. Donations, as prescribed by law, are tax-deductible as charitable contributions. The City has received a total of $28,400 in donations between February 1, 2025 and June 30, 2025. Interpretive Center Amphitheater Plaques ($2,500) • Shohre M. Neshat: $2,500 • Cheryl Enox: $2,500 • Matthew Manfredi: $2,500, In loving memory of Nancy N.
