Justification At the December 6, 2022 meeting City Council directed staff to install a context- sensitive railing at a height between 36 and 42 inches adjacent to the walking paths along the entire ocean-facing side of the park. Cost Analysis Griffin Structures reviewed the proposal scope and pricing. In addition, the Contractor obtained three quotes for the added railing. Reference the attached pricing analysis. Schedule Analysis No time extension was requested by the contractor, and work is expected to be completed within the original construction timeframe.
