SPECIAL MEETING
JANUARY 24, 2020
CALL TO ORDER:
A special meeting of the Rancho Palos Verdes City Council for the purpose of a Closed
Session was called to order by Mayor Cruikshank at 12:00 P.M. at Terranea Resort, San
Clemente Suite, 100 Terranea Way, Rancho Palos Verdes 90275, notice having been
given with affidavit thereto on file.
City Council roll call was answered as follows:
PRESENT: Bradley, Dyda, Ferraro, Alegria, and Mayor Cruikshank
ABSENT: None
Also present was Bobbi Peckham, Peckham & McKenney, Inc.
PUBLIC COMMENTS:
None.
CLOSED SESSION ITEMS ANNOUNCED:
Mayor Cruikshank announced the item to be discussed in Closed Session.

Title: City Manager
A closed session was held, pursuant to Government Code Section 54957, to consider
filling the position of City Manager.
The City Council met and interviewed with candidates.
ADJOURNMENT:
At 4:30 P.M., Mayor Cruikshank adjourned the meeting.
