BACKGROUND AND DISCUSSION:
The City’s Gifts for Parks Program, established in 1982, provides a means by which
interested individuals, organizations, and/or businesses may contribute funds or
merchandise for the enhancement of the City’s Recreation and Parks facilities and
programs. Donations, as prescribed by law, are tax deductible as charitable
contributions.
The City has received the following donatio ns from April 1, 2019 through June 30,
2019:
