Does the city council make the final decision before the documents are open to the public?
and does the Law Firm that is now representing the city is able to bid too?
I hope we do not have to apply under the freedom information act and waittttttttttttttttttttt
There is no personal discussion the city is not a private company.
We have a problem with San Ramon project and the Email are not available to the public
and we do not know if those emails are preserved to be viewed ...
