FISCAL IMPACT There is no anticipated cost to the City. BACKGROUND The City's Gifts for Parks Program, established in 1982, provides a means by which interested individuals, organizations, and/or businesses may contribute funds or merchandise for the enhancement of the City's Recreation and Parks facilities and programs. Donations, as prescribed by law, are tax deductible as charitable contributions. DISCUSSION The City has received the following donations from July 1, 2015 through September 30, 2015: Point Vicente Interpretive Center Amphitheatre Plaques ($1,500) • Randa Marin in memory of Alfred A.
