RANCHO PALOS VERDES REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
REGULAR MEETING
APRIL 4, 2017
The meeting was called to order at 11:06 P.M. by Vice -Chair Duhovic at Fred Hesse
Community Park, 29301 Hawthorne Blvd.
Successor Agency roll call was answered as follows:
PRESENT: Brooks, Dyda, Misetich, and Vice -Chair Duhovic
ABSENT: Chair Campbell
Also present were Executive Director Doug Willmore, Agency Counsel Dave Aleshire,
Assistant Executive Director Gabriella Yap, Director of Community Development Ara
Mihranian, Director of Recreation and Parks Cory Linder, Director of Public Works
Michael Throne, Deputy City Clerk Teresa Takaoka, and City Clerk Emily Colborn.
Also present was Captain Dan Beringer, Lomita Station, Los Angeles County Sheriff's
Department.
APPROVAL OF AGENDA:
Member Misetich moved, seconded by Member Dyda, to approve the Agenda, as
presented.
The motion passed with the following roll call vote:
AYES: Brooks, Dyda, Misetich, and Vice -Chair Duhovic
NOES: None
ABSENT: Chair Campbell
CONSENT CALENDAR:
Member Misetich moved, seconded by Member Dyda, to approve the Consent
Calendar, as presented.
