RANCHO PALOS VERDES IMPROVEMENT AUTHORITY
REGULAR MEETING
OCTOBER 4, 2016
The meeting was called to order at 10:09 P.M. by Chair Dyda at Fred Hesse Community
Park, 29301 Hawthorne Blvd.
Improvement Authority roll call was answered as follows:
PRESENT: Brooks*, Campbell, Duhovic, Misetich, and Chair Dyda
ABSENT: None
*Commissioner Brooks participated via teleconference.
Also present were Chief Administrative Officer Doug Willmore, Commission Attorney
Dave Aleshire, Deputy Administrative Officer Gabriella Yap, Director of Public Works
Michael Throne, Director of Finance Deborah Cullen, Director of Community
Development Ara Mihranian, Director of Recreation and Parks Cory Linder, and
Commission Secretary Teresa Takaoka.
APPROVAL OF AGENDA:
Commissioner Duhovic moved, seconded by Commissioner Misetich, to approve the
Agenda, as presented.
The motion carried as follows:
AYES: Brooks, Campbell, Duhovic, Misetich, and Chair Dyda
ABSENT: None
CONSENT CALENDAR:
Commissioner Misetich moved, seconded by Commissioner Duhovic, to approve the
Consent Calendar, as presented.

Approval of the Minutes
Approved the minutes of the September 6, 2016 Regular Meeting.
Register of Demands
ADOPTED RESOLUTION NO. IA 2016-09, A RESOLUTION OF THE RANCHO
PALOS VERDES IMPROVEMENT AUTHORITY, ALLOWING CERTAIN CLAIMS AND
DEMANDS AND SPECIFYING FUNDS FROM WHICH THE SAME ARE TO BE PAID.
August 2016 Monthly Report of Cash Balances
Received and filed the August 2016 Monthly Report of Cash Balances for the Rancho
Palos Verdes Improvement Authority.
