A message has been added to the front page of our website that will also explain our transition process of
branding to assist in communication as well as a link will be added to the www.wageworks.com website that will
direct those participants who may access that site in error and will redirect them to www.creativebenefits.com.
A participant email will be sent to all your participants regarding the logo and email domain changes. Due to the
large volume of emails being sent,these will be released over the next few days. For your reference,we have
included the text of the email below.

Creative Benefits,a division of WageWorks,will be working over the next several months toward transitioning
participant communications, materials and correspondence. This transition will go through three phases:
1. Creative Benefits, a WageWorks company(9/2008—5/2009)
2. WageWorks,formerly Creative Benefits(5/2009—9/2009)
3. WageWorks, Inc. (9/2009 and future)
These changes will in no way affect the quality of service that we provide to you. Our commitment is to continue

Submitting Your Claims
You will be able to continue to submit claims using the existing methods:online,fax, mail.
Email Notifications
We will continue to provide all of our current email correspondence to keep you informed of claim and payment
card activity as well as balance reminders; however,the email domain of @ creativebenefits.com will change to
@wageworks.com (e.g. accountinfo.vista@wageworks.com)
Note: You may need to add the wageworks.com to your list of acceptable spam filters so that future
communications through this domain are accepted.
CB Payment Card (if applicable)
We will not be replacing our cards at this time and all functionality will remain the same. If you need a new card,
replacement card or report your card lost or stolen, you can do this by accessing "Your Account" at
www.creativebenefits.com or by calling 1-888-295-5656.
