Proposal: T-Mobile West Corporation ("T-Mobile") proposes to modify its existing
Wireless Telecommunications Facility ("WTF") located at 30359 %/ Hawthorne Blvd. in
the OR zoned lot.
T-Mobile proposes to remove and replace two (2) existing panel antennas with two (2)
new panel antennas. Two (2) additional tower-mounted amplifiers (TMAs) will be
installed to support the new antennas.
T-Mobile also proposes to remove and replace two (2) existing equipment cabinets with
one (1) new equipment cabinet. The lease area will not increase due to the equipment
replacement.
Zoning Case Background: The existing T-Mobile WTF was installed pursuant to the
terms and conditions under CUP#ZON2004-00174 (February 14, 2004).

Conclusion: There will be minimal visual impact as a result of the proposed antenna
replacement since the new antennas are of similar shape and dimension and will be
painted to match the existing light pole to further mitigate any existing visual impact from
the surrounding areas. Additionally, the overall height of the light pole will not increase
and will continue to be within substantial conformance of the original conditions of
approval that were issued under CUP#ZON2004-00174.
