The project shall consist of the placement of a 240 square foot prefabricated equipment building, to house cellular communications equipment, adjacent to the existing water service company building. In addition, a new 68-foot tall monopole will be constructed to replace an existing 50-foot tall monopole (not AirTouch Cellular's). Six new directional cellular antennas will be installed on the monopole. The existing antennas (other licensees) on the 50-foot monopole will be relocated to the new monopole.
