(Resolution No. 88-15).
02/16/88 Building Lease Agreement executed between City and Los
Angeles SMSA (PacTell Cellular) for ground floor room in
City Hall building which can only be accessed from the
parking lot behind City Hall).
02/16/88 Addendum to Building Lease Agreement executed between
City and Los Angeles SMSA Limited Partnership (PacTell
Cellular).
04/05/94 CUP 119 Revision A - Appeal approved by City Council
(Resolution No. 94-20) allowing PacTell to modify its
antenna on the monopole.
01/17/95 Second Amendment to Lease Agreement executed between
City and Los Angeles SMSA Limited Partnership (AirTouch
Cellular, formerly PacTel) Cellular).
03/01/98 Initial 10-year lease period ended and first 5-year automatic
extension began (expiration date: February 28, 2003).
06/2000 Los Angeles SMSA transferred ownership of monopole
structure to SpectraSite. Los Angeles SMSA continues to
operate cellular antennas on the monopole and its building
lease with the City is still in effect).
03/01/03 Second and final 5-year automatic extension begins
(expiration date: FebeGary 28, 2008).

Building Lease Agreement
The original Building Lease (02/16/88) was $18,000 per year, due on and
adjusted each March 1st. In the second amendment to the Building Lease
(01/17/95), the amount of the annual rent was increased to $25,826.93, with
annual adjustments each March 1st based on a Consumer Price Index formula
specified in the original Building Lease Agreement. As of March 1, 20q, the
