This letter references several conflicts with state and federal law. In addition, the City received a letter dated September 17, 2015 to the Director of Public Works from counsel for Crown Castle regarding approval and issuance of encroachment permits for installation of the same devices in the right-of-way. This letter references seeking judicial recourse through the issuance of a writ of mandate. A copy of these letters are on file in the City Clerk's Office.
