A computer and technology education organization serving the public since 1995
Palos Verdes on the Net exclusively and solely maintains the rights to the use of the
rpv.com domain. Consistent with past discussions regarding the rpv.com domain,
Palos Verdes on the Net shall continue to license to the City an exclusive use of the
rpv.com domain during the term of the Professional Services Agreement (the "PSA")
with the City, dated July 15, 2014.
Upon notice of termination of the PSA by either party, Palos Verdes on the Net will
transfer its rights to the rpv.com domain to the City. This memorandum shall serve
as an amendment to the PSA.
