NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
PALOS VERDES DOES HEREBY FIND, DETERMINE AND RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1: The Planning commission reviewed and considered
Environmental Impact Report No. 31 and determined that, with the
implementation of mitigation measures, the zone change will not
result in significant adverse environmental impacts to the site.
Section 2: The Planning Commission finds that, due to the
highly disturbed condition of the site, the zone change will not
adversely impact any of the Resource Management Districts
identified on the site in the General Plan.
Section 3: The Planning Commission finds that the zone change
is consistent with the City goals as expressed in the General
Plan, as well as State laws and regulations.
Section 4: The Planning Commission has reviewed the adjacent
land uses and the potential impacts of the property affected by
this zone change and finds that when developed pursuant to the
mitigation measures contained in the Environmental Impact Report
and the standards of the Development Code, the Residential Single
Family, minimum 20,000 square foot lot size (RS -2), land use
designation is compatible with surrounding land uses.

Section 5: The Planning Commission hereby recommends that the
City Council adopt Zone Change No. 19, changing the land use
