P.C . RESOLUTION NO. 90 - 33
A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF RANCHO PALOS VERDES APPROVING AN
EXISTING DECK ON AN EXTREME SLOPE THROUGH
EXTREME SLOPE PERMIT NO. 23 AT 29126 OCEANRIDGE
DRIVE.
WHEREAS , Mr. and Mrs. William Potter have requested an
Extreme Slope Permit for approval of an existing deck constructed
within an extreme slope at 29126 Oceanridge Drive , and
WHEREAS , after notice pursuant to the City 's Development
Code, a public hearing was held on June 26, 1990 , at which time
all interested parties were given an opportunity to be heard and
present evidence .
NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
PALOS VERDES DOES HEREBY FIND, DETERMINE, AND RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS :
Section 1 : That permitting the deck would not have an adverse
effect on the visual impact from neighboring properties .
Section 2 : That the disturbance to the slope caused by the
deck is insignificant .
Section 3 : That the granting of such an approval would not be
contrary to the General Plan in that the structure does not
interfere with the City 's scenic resources .
Section 4 : For the foregoing reason, the Planning Commission
of the City of Rancho Palos Verdes hereby approves Extreme Slope
Permit No. 23 for the existing deck pursuant to satisfaction of
the conditions of Exhibit "A"
APPROVED, and ADOPTED on this 26th day of June, ' 90 .

CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL
1. A City Landscape Covenant to maintain property to protect
views shall be submitted prior to issuance of building
permits.
2. Appropriate permits and approvals must be obtained from the
City's Building and Safety Division.
