A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF RANCHO PALOS VERDES APPROVING CONDITIONAL
USE PERMIT NO. 51 -REVISION "D" FOR AN INCREASED RIDGE
HEIGHT ON LOT 19, TRACT 35040.
WHEREAS, Monte Rosa Partnership has made application to
request increasing the approved ridge height by 2 feet 9 inches
from 193.25 to 196 at 6615 Beachview; and
WHEREAS, after notice, issued pursuant to the provisions of
the City's Development Code, public hearing was held on August 11,
1987, at which time all interested parties were given an
opportunity to be heard and present evidence.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
PALOS VERDES DOES HEREBY FIND, DETERMINE AND RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1: That the Conditional Use Permit revision is
consistent with the intent of the original Conditional Use Permit
approval.
Section 2: That the granting of this Conditional Use Permit
revision will not significantly adversely affect the peace,
health, safety, or general welfare of the area, nor will it be
materially detrimental to property value and views, jeopardize,
endanger or otherwise constitute a menace to the public health,
safety, and welfare of persons in the surrounding area.
Section 3: For the foregoing reasons, the Planning
Commission of the City of Rancho Palos Verdes hereby grants
Conditional Use Permit No. 51 -Revision "D" for the use described
herein.
APPROVED and ADOPTED this 13th day of December, 1988.
