A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF RANCHO PALOS VERDES APPROVING VARIANCE
NO. 204 FOR A FRONT PORCH TO ENCROACH INTO THE
REQUIRED FRONT YARD SETBACK AT 2035 TRUDIE DRIVE.
WHEREAS, Mark S. Whitney, Inc. has requested a Variance for a
front porch which encroaches into the front yard on the subject
property; and
WHEREAS, after notice issued pursuant to the provision of the
Rancho Palos Verdes Development Code, a public hearing was held on
May 24, 1988 at which time all interested parties were given an
opportunity to be heard and present evidence;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
PALOS VERDES DOES HEREBY FIND, DETERMINE AND RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1: That granting the Variance for the porch is based
on the finding of administrative error.
Section 2: For the foregoing reason the Planning Commission
of the City of Rancho Palos Verdes hereby approves Variance No.
204.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED the 24th day of May, 1988.
