A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF RANCHO PALOS VERDES DENYING
TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP NO. 19021, CONDITIONAL
USE PERMIT NO. 129 AND GRADING NO. 1041 AT
29375 INDIAN VALLEY ROAD.
WHEREAS, Reza Irani and M. Javed Farboudmanesk have
requested approval for a three unit condominium complex
located at 29375 Indian Valley Road; and
WHEREAS, after notice issued pursuant to the provision
of the Rancho Palos Verdes Development Code, a public hearing
was held on October 13, 1987 at which time all interested
parties were given an opportunity to be heard and present
evidence;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO PALOS VERDES DOES HEREBY FIND, DETERMINE AND RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1: That, in accordance with Section 16.12.020 D
of the Development Code, the Planning Commission must act on
the map within fifty days of submittal of a complete
application.
Section 2: That the proposed three unit condominium
complex is inconsistent with the General Plan designation
which only permits one dwelling unit to be developed on the
site, based on the size of the parcel.
Section 3: For the foregoing reasons, the Planning
Commission of the City of Rancho Palos Verdes hereby denies
Tentative Parcel Map No. 19021, Conditional Use Permit No.
129 and Grading No. 1041.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 13th day of October,
1987.
