A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO PALOS VERDES APPROVING GRADING 944 - APPEAL
WHEREAS, Robert and Janet Stearns have requested a grading permit to

yards of grading.
Sect ion_2: The grading and retaining wall will not adversely affect
the visual relationships on the views from neighboring sites, since the project
will not be visible from surrounding properties.

natural contours since the retaining wall will not encroach any further into
the extreme slope by utilizing the existing cut.

City of Rancho Palos Verdes hereby approves Grading No. 944 - Appeal subject
to the conditions of approval in "Exhibit A".
