NO. 85714 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF RANCHO PALOS VERDES DENYING VARIANCE NO. 111 AND GRADING APPLICATION NO. 759 ON THE BASIS OF AN ILLEGALLY CREATED LOT WHEREAS, the applicants, Mr. & Mrs. Robert Kerwin, have requested approval of Variance No. 111 and Grading No. 759 to build a new single family residence on property located at 30520 Palos Verdes Drive East, and WHEREAS, after reviewing Certificate of Compliance No. 90, the Planning Commission has determined that the subject property was illegally created and is therefore invalid; NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF RANCHO PALOS VERDES DOES HEREBY FIND, DETERMINE AND RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: That the subject property located at 30520 Palos Verdes Drive East has been determined to have been illegally created pursuant to the State Subdivision Map Act. Section 2: That the City cannot approve development applications for an illegal lot. Section 3: For the foregoing reasons the Planning Commission of the City of Rancho Palos Verdes hereby denies Variance No. 111 and Grading Application No. 759. APPROVED and ADOPTED this 9th day of July, 1985. Secretary to the Commission
