A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO PALOS VERDES APPROVING AN AMENDMENT TO CONDITIONAL
USE PERMIT NO. 23
WHEREAS, Mr. P. Aquilera has made application to change an approved
building
lding footprint for a new single-family dwelling on Lot 14 of Tract No.
34834, 3314 Palo Vista Drive and
WHEREAS, a hearing was held on April 10, 1984 at which time all
interested parties were heard.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF RANCHO PALOS
VERDES DOES HEREBY FIND, DETERMINE, AND RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section -1: The site is adequate to place the proposed single-
family dwelling unit.
Section 2: The proposed single-family dwelling will not encroach into
the minimum setback requirements or exceed the sixteen foot (16') height limit
measured pursuant to Section 17.72.040.D of the Municipal Code.
Section 3: For the foregoing reasons, the Planning Commission of the
City of Rancho Palos Verdes hereby grants this amendment to Conditional Use
Permit No. 23.
APPROVED and ADOPTED this 24th day of April, 1984.
