A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF RANCHO PALOS VERDES APPROVING AN AMENDMENT TO
CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 23
WHEREAS, Mr. and Mrs. Anthony DiMaggio have made application to
change an approved building footprint for a new single-family dwelling on
Lot 17 of Tract No. 34834; and
WHEREAS hearings were held on February 28 and April 10, 1984 at
which time all interested paries were heard.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
PALOS VERDES HEREBY FIND, DETERMINE AND RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1: The site is adequate to place the proposed single-family
dwelling unit.
Section 2: The proposed single-family dwelling will not encroach
into the minimum setback requirements or exceed the 16 foot legal limit
measured pursuant to Section 17.02.040.D of the Municipal Code.
Section 3: For the foregoing reasons, the Planning Commission of
the City of Rancho Palos Verdes hereby grants this amendment to Conditional
Use Permit No. 23.
