A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO PALOS VERDES APPROVING AN AMENDMENT TO CONDITIONAL
USE PERMIT NO. 33 (REVISION F)
WHEREAS, Burrell Limited has made application to construct a
single family dwelling on Lot No. 1 of Tract 32110; and
WHEREAS, at the meeting of February 28, 1984, the applicant
and all interested parties were allowed to present evidence.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
PALOS VERDES DOES HEREBY FIND, DETERMINE, AND RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1: The site is adequate in size and shape to place the
proposed single-family dwelling unit.
Section 2: The proposed single-family dwelling will not encroach
into the minimum setback requirements nor exceed the maximum ridgeline elevation
established for this lot.
Section 3: For the foregoing reasons, the Planning Commission of the
City of Rancho Palos Verdes hereby grants this amendment to Conditional Use
Permit No. 33.
APPROVED and ADOPTED this 28th day of February 1984.
