PC RES 1983-018RESOLUTION P.C. NO. 83-18 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF RANCHO PALOS VERDES APPROVING AN AMENDMENT TO CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 33 (REVISION E) WHEREAS, Burrell Limited has made application to construct a single family dwelling on Lot No. 8 of Tract No. 32110; and WHEREAS, at the meeting of December 13, 1983, the applicant and all interested parties were allowed to president evidencez. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF RANCHO PALOS VERDES DOES HEREBY FIND, DETERMINE, AND RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: The site is adequate in size and shape to place the proposed single-family dwelling unit. Section 2: The proposed single-family dwelling will not encroach. into the minimum setback requirements nor exceed the maximum ridgeline elevation established for this lot. Section 3: For the foregoing reasons, the Planning Commission of the City of Rancho Palos Verdes hereby grants the amendment to Conditional Use Permit No. 33.
