A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF RANCHO PALOS VERDES APPROVING AN AMENDMENT
TO CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 33 (Revision D)
WHEREAS, Mr. and Mrs. Tom Naylor have made an application to
construct a single-family dwelling on Lot 10 of Tract 32110; and
WHEREAS, a hearing was held on November 9, 1983, at which time
the applicant and the Planning Commission discussed the issues pertaining
to this case; and
WHEREAS, this amendment is consistent with the intent of
Conditional Use Permit No. 33.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
PALOS VERDES DOES HEREBY FIND, DETEM4INE,AND RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1: The site is adequate to place the proposed single-
family dwelling unit.
Section 2: The -proposed sing16-7family-dwelling"will not exceed
the maximum--ridgeline elevation established for this lot.
Section 3: That the Planning Commission looks favorably 6n -the
approval of a Minor Exception Permit for the reduction of the required
ten (10) foot setback by two (2) feet.
Section 4: For the foregoing reasons, the Planning Commission
of the City of Rancho Palos Verdes hereby grants this amendment to Conditional
Use Permit No. 33.
APPROVED and ADOPTED this 9th day of November 1983.
