A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF RANCHO PALOS VERDES DENYING TENTATIVE
PARCEL MAP NO. 15258
WHEREAS, Tentative Parcel Map No. 15258 has been filed, which would
allow for the division of a 1.776 acre lot into two (2) parcels; and
WHEREAS, Tentative Parcel Map No. 15258 is located at the northeast
corner of Palos Verdes Drive South and Forrestal Drive which is in an RS -1
zoning district; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed this matter at a public
meeting on September 28, 1982 at which times all interested parties were given
an opportunity to be heard and to present evidence.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF RANCHO PALOS
VERDES DOES HEREBY FIND, DETERMINE, AND RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1: That the proposed division is not in compliance with the
City's Development Code for minimum lot area.
Section 2: That the Planning Commission does hereby declare that a
negative declaration was granted in compliance with City and State Environmental
Impact Report guidelines and that the Commission has reviewed and considered
the contents of the Initial Study in reaching its decision.
Section 3: For the foregoing reasons, the Planning Commission of the
City of Rancho Palos Verdes does hereby deny Tentative Parcel Map No. 15258.
APPROVED and ADOPTED this 28th day of September 1982.
