A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF RANCHO PALOS VERDES APPROVING AN AMENDMENT TO
CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 33
WHEREAS, Mr. and Mrs. Barry Rodgeveller have made application to
construct a single-family dwelling on lot 9 of Tract No. 32110; and
WHEREAS, hearings were held on August 24th and September 28th, 1982
at which time the applicant and the Planning Commission discussed the issues
pertaining to this case.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF RANCHO PALOS
VERDES DOES HEREBY FIND, DETERMINE AND RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1: The site is adequate to place the proposed single-family
dwelling unit.
Section 2: The proposed single-family dwelling will not encroach
into the minimum setback requirements or exceed the maximum ridgeline elevation
established for this lot.
Section 3: For the foregoing reasons, the Planning Commission of
the City of Rancho Palos Verdes hereby grants this amendment to Conditional Use
Permit No. 33.
APPROVED and ADOPTED this 28th day of September 1982.
