RESOLUTION NO. 77- 4 (P.C.)
A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF RANCHO PALOS VERDES APPROVING A TENTATIVE PARCEL
MAP FOR A LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT
WHEREAS, a tentative parcel map has been"filed for three (3) proper-
ties, located at 5459 Whitefox Drive, 26546 Basswood Avenue, and 26554
Basswood Avenue, for a lot line adjustment; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed this matter at a public
meeting on March 7, 1977, and has approved said map, subject to stated
conditions; and
NOW, THEREFORE, the Planning Commission of the City of Rancho Palos
Verdes does hereby find, determine and resolve as follows:
Section 1: The tentative parcel map is consistent with the General
Plan.
Section 2: The design of the proposed lot line adjustment is consis-
tent with the General Plan.
Section 3: The lot line adjustment is categorically exempt, pursuant
to the California Environmental Quality Act.
Section 4: The lot line adjustment will not be materially detrimental
to property values, jeopardise, endanger, or otherwise constitute a menace
to the public health, safety, or general welfare of persons or properties
in the surrounding area.
Section 5: There are no public easements which will be interfered
with by the proposed lot line adjustment.
Section 6: For the foregoing reasons, the Planning Commission of the
City of Rancho Palos Verdes hereby grants approval to the tentative parcel
map for lot line adjustment at 5459 Whitefox Drive, 26546 Basswood Avenue,
and 26554 Basswood Avenue, sub3ect to the following conditions marked ----
Exhibit "A", which are necessary to protect and preserve the public health,
safety and general welfare in the area.
APPROVED and ADOPTED this 7th day of March 1 1977.
