A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF RANCHO PALOS VERDES APPROVING
TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP #6879
WHEREAS, Tentative Parcel Map #6879 has been filed, which requests
approval to realign property lines for three (3) contiguous lots, located
at 10, 12, and 14 Diamonte Lane; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission reviewed the application at the
meeting of September 14, 1976, at which time all interested parties were
given an opportunity to be heard;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
PALOS VERDES DOES HEREBY FIND, DETERMINE, AND RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1: That approval of the Tentative Parcel Map will not
generate new lots or improvements, but will realign existing property
lines.
Section 2: That the lot line adjustments will be consistent with
the provisions of the General Plan and Development Code.
Section 3: That the lot line adjustments will not cause substan-
tial damage to the environment or injure fish, wildlife or their habitat.
Section 4: That the lot line adjustments will not cause serious
public health problems.
Section 5: That the lot line adjustment will not conflict with
easements.
Section 6: That the lot line adjustment will not adversely affect
the use, enjoyment or valuation of property of other persons located in
the vicinity.
Section 7: For the foregoing reasons, the Planning Commission of
the City of Rancho Palos Verdes hereby grants approval to Tentative Parcel
Map #6879, subject to the attached conditions marked Exhibit "A", which
are necessary to protect the health, safety, and general welfare in the
area.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 14th day of September, 1976.

The condition for approval is:
1. The final parcel map should show that Diamonte Lane
is a private driveway.
