PC RES 1976-012RESOLUTION NO. 76-12 P.C. A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF RANCHO PALOS VERDES APPROVING TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP #6879 WHEREAS, Tentative Parcel Map #6879 has been filed, which requests approval to realign property lines for three (3) contiguous lots, located at 10, 12, and 14 Diamonte Lane; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission reviewed the application at the meeting of September 14, 1976, at which time all interested parties were given an opportunity to be heard; NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF RANCHO PALOS VERDES DOES HEREBY FIND, DETERMINE, AND RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: That approval of the Tentative Parcel Map will not generate new lots or improvements, but will realign existing property lines. Section 2: That the lot line adjustments will be consistent with the provisions of the General Plan and Development Code. Section 3: That the lot line adjustments will not cause substan- tial damage to the environment or injure fish, wildlife or their habitat. Section 4: That the lot line adjustments will not cause serious public health problems. Section 5: That the lot line adjustment will not conflict with easements. Section 6: That the lot line adjustment will not adversely affect the use, enjoyment or valuation of property of other persons located in the vicinity. Section 7: For the foregoing reasons, the Planning Commission of the City of Rancho Palos Verdes hereby grants approval to Tentative Parcel Map #6879, subject to the attached conditions marked Exhibit "A", which are necessary to protect the health, safety, and general welfare in the area.
