A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF RANCHO PALOS VERDES APPROVING TENTATIVE
PARCEL MAP NO. 6548
WHEREAS, Tentative Parcel Map No. 6548 has been filed,
which would split the existing 34.4 acre -parcel described as a
portion of Lot 52 of L.A.C.A. Map No. 51 in the City of Rancho
Palos Verdes, located on Crestridge Road between Highridge Road
and Crenshaw Boulevard, into two lots, of 11 acres and 23.4 acres;
and
WHEREAS, pursuant to the Subdivision Ordinance, the
Planning Commission received the map on June 10, 1976;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO PALOS VERDES DOES HEREBY FIND, DETERMINE, AND RESOLVE AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That Tentative Parcel Map No. 6548 does not
violate the standards for tentative subdivision maps as promulgated
in Section 91012-A of the Rancho Palos Verdes Subdivision Ordinance.
Section 2. That Tentative Parcel Map No. 6548 is in com-
pliance with the Development Code of the City of Rancho Palos Verdes.
Section 3. For the foregoing reasons, the Planning Com-
mission of the City of Rancho Palos verdes hereby grants approval
of Tentative Parcel Map No. 6548, subject to the conditions and
restrictions marked "Exhibit A", which are necessary to protect
and preserve the health, safety, and general welfare in the area.

EXHIBIT A
• This approval expires twelve (12) months from the date of
approval of this parcel map by the City of Rancho Palos Verdes.
2. The right to restrict access from Parcel 2 directly to Crenshaw
Boulevard shall be dedicated to the City by certificate on the
title sheet and indicated on the parcel map.
3. A bond shall be posted providing for the installation of curb,
gutter, pavement, sidewalk, street trees, and ornamental street
lights in accordance with the City design standards, along Indian
Peak Road.
4. Easements shall not be granted or recorded within areas proposed
to be granted, dedicated, or offered for dedication for public
streets or highways, access rights, building restriction rights,
or other easements until after the final parcel map is filed with
the County Recorder, unless such easements are subordinated to
the proposed grant or dedication. If easements are granted after
the date of tentative approval, a subordination must be executed
by the easement holder prior to the filing of the final parcel
map:
A final parcel map prepared by, or under the direction of, a
Registered Civil Engineer or Licensed Land Surveyor must be pro-
cessed through the City Engineer prior to being filed with the
County Recorder.
Prior to submitting the parcel map to the City Engineer for his
examination pursuant to Section 66450 of the Government Code, ob-
tain clearances from all affected departments and divisions, in-
cluding a clearance from the Subdivision Section of Mapping Divi-
sion of County Engineer for the following mapping items: mathe-
matical accuracy, survey analysis, and correctness of certificates
and signatures.
Submit a preliminary parcel map guarantee if grants, dedications,
or offers of dedication are to be made by certificate on the par-
cel map. A final parcel map guarantee will be required at the
time of filing of the parcel map with the County Recorder.
