PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING
May 9, 1989
The meeting was called to order at 7:30 p.m. by Chairperson Wike
at Fred Hesse Community Park, 29301 Hawthorne Boulevard, Rancho
Palos Verdes.
PRESENT: Von Hagen, Wike, Ortolano, Connolly, McNulty
Also present were Environmental Services Director Robert Benard,
Plannning Administrator Curtis Williams, Associate Planner
Carolynn Petru, Associate Planner Laurie Brigham, Assistant
Planner Marcia Smith and Assistant Planner Bonnie Olson.
COMMUNICATIONS
CONSENT CALENDAR:
A. MINUTES OF MARCH 14, 1989. The minutes of this date were
approved as amended.
B. MINUTES OF MARCH 28, 1989. The minutes of this date were
approved as submitted.
C. P.C. RESOLUTION NO. 89-23
EXTREME SLOPE PERMIT NO. 13
6404 Via Colinita Assistant Planner Bonnie Olson
presented the resolution requesting
approval of the Extreme Slope
Permit.
Motion was made to approve this item as submitted. Passed
unanimously.
D. P.C. RESOLUTION NO. 89-24
HEIGHT VARIATION NO. 564
6536 Via Siena Associate Planner Laurie Brigham
presented the resolution requesting
denial of the appeal of Height
Variation No. 564 thereby approving
the project.
Motion was made to approve this item as submitted. Passed
with a 3-1 vote (Commissioner McNulty dissented with
Commissioner Connolly abstaining).
