PC RES 2014-030 P.C. RESOLUTION NO. 2014-30 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF RANCHO PALOS VERDES ALLOWING THE SUBMITTAL OF CONSTRUCTION PLANS TO THE BUILDING AND SAFETY DEPARTMENT FOR THE ADMINISTRATION BUILDING ADDITION THAT WAS APPROVED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION ON JULY 22, 2014, FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 27501 WESTERN AVENUE (GREEN HILLS MEMORIAL PARK). WHEREAS, the Planning Commission previously established deadlines for the submittal of construction plans for the addition to the administrative offices building and the removal of the temporary modular structures; NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF RANCHO PALOS VERDES DOES HEREBY FIND, DETERMINE, AND RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Notwithstanding Municipal Code Section 17.86.050, the Planning Commission hereby agrees to allow Green Hills to proceed to immediately submit construction plans into Building and Safety plan check for the administration building addition that was approved by the Planning Commission on July 22, 2014 (P.C. Resolution No. 2014-21). Section 2: Any interested person aggrieved by this decision or any portion of this decision may appeal to the City Council. The appeal shall set forth the grounds for appeal and any specific action being requested by the appellant. Any appeal letter must be filed within fifteen (15) calendar days of the date of this decision, or by 5:30 PM on Wednesday, November 26, 2014. A $2,275.00 appeal fee must accompany any appeal letter. If no appeal is filed timely, the Planning Commission's decision will be final at 5:30 PM on November 26, 2014.
