SUCCESSOR AGENCY TO THE
RANCHO PALOS VERDES REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
REGULAR MEETING
SEPTEMBER 2, 2014
The meeting was called to order at 10:36 P.M. by Chair Duhovic at Fred Hesse
Community Park, 29301 Hawthorne Blvd.
Successor Agency roll call was answered as follows:
PRESENT: Brooks, Campbell, Knight, and Chair Duhovic
ABSENT: Misetich (excused)
Also present were Acting Executive Director Carolynn Petru, Director of Finance Dennis
McLean, Director of Public Works Michael Throne, Human Resources Manager Sean
Robinson, Agency Counsel Carol Lynch, and Secretary Carla Morreale.
APPROVAL OF AGENDA:
Member Brooks moved, seconded by Vice Chair Knight, to approve the Agenda, as
presented.
The motion passed with the following roll call vote:
AYES: Brooks, Campbell, Knight, and Chair Duhovic
NOES: None
ABSENT: Misetich
APPROVAL OF CONSENT CALENDAR:
Member Brooks moved, seconded by Vice Chair Knight, to approve the Consent
Calendar, as presented.
The motion passed with the following roll call vote:
AYES: Brooks, Campbell, Knight, and Chair Duhovic
NOES: None

Approved the minutes of the August 5, 2014 Regular Meeting.

ADOPTED RESOLUTION NO. SA 2014-07, A RESOLUTION OF THE SUCCESSOR
AGENCY TO THE RANCHO PALOS VERDES REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY,
ALLOWING CERTAIN CLAIMS AND DEMANDS AND SPECIFYING FUNDS FROM
WHICH THE SAME ARE TO BE PAID.
Biennial Review of the Conflict of Interest Code for the Successor Agency to the
Rancho Palos Verdes Redevelopment Agency
ADOPTED RESOLUTION NO. SA 2014-08, A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE SUCCESSOR AGENCY TO THE RANCHO PALOS VERDES
REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY, ADOPTING AN AMENDED CONFLICT OF INTEREST
CODE AND REPEALING RESOLUTION NO. SA 2012-13.
