ADOPT RESOLUTION NO. 2014-__, A RESOLUTION OF

CERTAIN CLAIMS AND DEMANDS AND SPECIFYING FUNDS FROM WHICH
THE SAME ARE TO BE PAID.

Recommendation:
Receive and file the current report on the status of Border
Issues.
E. August 2014 Monthly Report of Cash Balances (McLean)
Recommendation:
Receive and file the August 2014 Monthly Report of Cash
Balances for the City of Rancho Palos Verdes.
F. Payment of Parkland Dedication Fee for Final Tract Map No. 71878 (A 60-unit
Senior Condominium Subdivision Located at 5601 Crestridge Road: Crestridge
Senior Condominium Project, known as “Sol y Mar”) (Schonborn)
Recommendation:
Accept, via Minute Order, the parkland dedication (Quimby)
fee for Final Tract Map No. 71878, pursuant to the City’s parkland dedication fee
formula in the amount of $1,278,322.21.
G. First Amendment to the Right of Access Agreement with Palos Verdes Shores
Mobile Home Park (Winje)
Recommendation:
Authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to execute Amendment No.
1 to the Right of Access Agreement with Palos Verdes Shores Mobile Estates, Ltd.
(PV Shores) for construction access through the mobile home park related to the
construction of the San Ramon Canyon Stormwater Flood Reduction Project.
REGULAR BUSINESS:
1. Appointment of Committee Members and Chair to the Infrastructure Management

Recommendation:
1) Appoint seven members to the Infrastructure Management
Advisory Committee (IMAC), four committee members for four year terms (including
the Chair) and three members for two year terms, to stagger the terms of office and
allow for continuity on the IMAC; and, 2) Appoint a Chair to the IMAC.

1)ADOPT URGENCY ORDINANCE NO. ____U, AN
ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RANCHO PALOS VERDES, REGARDING
PROLONGED CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS THAT ARE ADVERSELY
AFFECTING NEIGHBORING PROPERTIES AND DECLARING THE URGENCY
THEREOF; and, 2) INTRODUCE ORDINANCE NO. ___, AN ORDINANCE OF THE
CITY OF RANCHO PALOS VERDES, REGARDING PROLONGED
CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS THAT ARE ADVERSELY AFFECTING
NEIGHBORING PROPERTIES.
