Recommendation:
Approve the minutes of the August 6, 2013 Regular
Meeting.
REGULAR BUSINESS:
B. Long-Range Property Management Plan (Downs/Lynch)
Recommendation:
Pursuant to Health and Safety Code Section 34191.5:
1) Approve the Long-Range Property Management Plan (the “LRPMP”)
substantially in the form presented (see Attachment A); 2) Find that approval of
the LRPMP is not a project pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act;
and, 3) Direct the transmittal of the resolution to the Department of Finance.

minutes.

Adjourn to a time and place certain only if you wish to meet prior to
the next regular meeting of the Successor Agency.
