1) Approve plans and specifications for Ryan Park Restrooms
Improvements and Accessibility Compliance project; 2) ADOPT RESOLUTION NO.
2013-__, A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
PALOS VERDES, AMENDING RESOLUTION 2012-43, THE BUDGET
APPROPRIATION FOR FISCAL YEAR 2012-13, FOR A BUDGET ADJUSTMENT TO
THE CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS FUND, IN THE AMOUNT OF $44,512,
AUTHORIZING EXPENDITURE OF THIS AMOUNT FOR ADDITIONAL
CONSTRUCTION COSTS OF RYAN PARK RESTROOMS IMPROVEMENTS AND
ACCESSIBILITY COMPLIANCE PROJECT; 3) Award a construction contract for Ryan

1) Approve the first amendment to the agreement with Great
Cleaning Services, Inc. for Custodial Maintenance Services in an amount not to
exceed $87,500 with an additional contingency of $8,750 for a total of authorization of
$96,250; and, 2) Authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to execute the first amendment to
the agreement with Great Cleaning Services, Inc. for Custodial Maintenance Services.
