Recommendation:
ADOPT ORDINANCE NO. 544, AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY
OF RANCHO PALOS VERDES, AMENDING THE RANCHO PALOS VERDES
MUNICIPAL CODE REGARDING THE REGULATION OF MASSAGE
ESTABLISHMENTS AND TECHNICIANS.

Recommendation:
Receive and file the December 2012 Monthly Report of Cash
Balances for the City of Rancho Palos Verdes.

Recommendation:
Accept Gifts for Parks donations and direct staff to prepare donor
F. Median Maintenance Budget Adjustment FY 12-13 (Jones)
Recommendation:
1) Reaffirm the budgeted median maintenance expenditure for
FY12-13, which will result in a revised estimated June 30, 2013 ending fund balance of
$86,640 in the Beautification Recycling fund; and, 2) ADOPT RESOLUTION 2013-
___, A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO PALOS
VERDES, AMENDING RESOLUTION 2012-43, THE BUDGET APPROPRIATION
