The Board requested that on these expenditures the
Technical Review Board indicate what budget the funds would
be taken from and that this information be made part of the
reports given to the Redevelopment Agency Board.
Agency Attorney Calonne expressed his concern about
environmental documentation and requested that the Public
Works Department address that issue.
Member Bacharach moved, seconded by Member McTaggart to
approve the staff recommendation and that any revision to the
proposal caused by the Coastal permit process be brought to
the Agency for review. The motion carried on the following
roll call vote:

AUDIENCE QUESTIONS:
Lois Larue, 3136 Barkentine, presented a portfolio to the
Board. This portfolio is on file with the Agency's
Secretary. Ms. Larue stated her objection to the finish of
the area around a well cover at the Portuguese Point. She
inquired about the Coastal Commission tour of the gabions and
whether the public had been invited. Staff responded that it
was a scheduled meeting of the Coastal Commission.
