CITY OF RANCHO PALOS VE RDE S DATE OF HEARING
INTERIM DEVELOPMENT PERMIT NO. 1
STAFF RECOMMENDATIONS DECEMBER 18 , 1973
STAFF RECOMMENDATION:
The subject property is a recorded lot in an area committed
to single family development. The applicant' s contention that
he is being denied a property right enjoyed by his neighbors
appears valid. The proposed construction of a single family
residence would not in the opinion of the staff be detrimental
to surrounding properties but would complete the neighborhood
pattern. The staff recommends Conditional Approval subject to
the attached conditions.
