CC RES 1973-040 RESOLUTION NO. 40
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO PALOS
VERDES APPOINTING ACTING CITY CLERK
WHEREAS, Marilyn R. Cortina was appointed Acting City Clerk by Resolution
No. 1 of the City Council of the City of Rancho Palos Verdes;
WHEREAS, Marilyn R. Cortina is unable to continue to perform the duties
of said Acting City Clerk;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Palos Verdes,
does resolve, determine and order as follows:
Section 1. Lee Weber is hereby appointed Acting City Clerk of the City
of Rancho Palos Verdes until such time as the City Council of the City of Rancho
Palos Verdes does appoint the City Clerk.
Section 2. Lee Weber shall have the authority to appoint a Deputy
City Clerk to assist him in the performance of his duties as City Clerk.
