RESOLUTION NO. 75- 71
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF RANCHO PALOS VERDES CONSENTING
TO THE TRANSFER OF CERTAIN TERRITORY.
FROM THE CITY OF RANCHO PALOS VERDES TO
THE CITY OF ROLLING HILLS.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO PALOS VERDES DOES
HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS :
Section 1. The territory described in Exhibit A
hereto attached is presently included and located within the
city limits of the City of Rancho Palos Verdes.
Section 2 . The City Council of the City of Rancho
Palos Verdes hereby consents to the transfer of the territory
described in Exhibit A from the City of Rancho Palos Verdes
to the City of Rolling Hills.
Section 3. The City Clerk is directed to forward
a certified copy of this resolution to the Board of Supervisors
of the County of Los Angeles, California, and to the City
Council of the City of Rolling Hills.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 2nd day of

EXHIBIT A
Beginning at the most southerly corner of Lot 11 of Tract No.
23163 as shown on map filed in Book 632 , pages 63 to 66
inclusive of Maps, in the office of the Recorder of the County
of Los Angeles, said corner being an angle point in the
boundary of the City of Rolling Hills as same existed on
July 9, 1975; thence North 37° 05 ' 04" West along that cer-
tain course having a bearing and length of N 37° 05 ' 04"
W 229. 64 feet in the southwesterly boundary of said lot a
distance of 185 . 28 feet; thence South 52° 54 ' 56" West 50 .00
feet to an angle point in said boundary of the City of Rolling
Hills (in the center line of Crest Road) ; thence southeasterly
and northeasterly along said last mentioned boundary to the
point of beginning.
That portion of the common boundary of the City of Rolling
Hills and the City of Rancho Palos Verdes as a result of this
relocation, is a line described as follows :
