A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF RANCHO PALOS VERDES APPROVING THE
ENGINEER'S REPORT [LANDSCAPE AND OPEN SPACE
MAINTENANCE DISTRICT NO. 1]
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO PALOS VERDES
HEREBY RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. • That said City Council did heretofore
adopt its Resolution No. 77 -52, initiating proceedings in the
matter of the proposed Landscape and Open Space Maintenance
District No. 1, proposing the formation of such district,
describing the improvements and proposed assessment district,
and ordering the Engineer to prepare and file with the City
Clerk of said City a report in connection therewith, pursuant
to and in accordance with the provisions of the Landscape and
Lighting Act of 1972 (Part 11 of Division 15 of the California
Streets and Highways Code) .
Section 2. That said Engineer has prepared said
report and has filed said report with the City Clerk of said
City for submission to the City Council, all in accordance with
the Landscape and Lighting Act of 1972, and said report has
been duly received and filed by said City Council.
Section 3. That said City Council has examined and
duly considered said report and hereby finds said report to be
sufficient and hereby approves said report in each and all
respects, as filed without change or modification.
S ection 4. That said report, as so approved, shall
constitute the "Engineer's Report" for all subsequent proceed-
ings with respect to said proposed assessment district.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 4th day of
October , 1977.

SECTION 1. AUTHORITY FOR REPORT
This report is prepared pursuant to Resolution Number 77 -52 of the City of
Rancho Palos Verdes and in compliance with the requirements of Article 4,
Chapter 1, Landscaping and Lighting Act of 1972.
SECTION 2. PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE IMPROVEMENTS
The improvements for District No. 1 consist of those landscaped areas and
walkways within Tract No. 32673, as shown on Exhibit A. These plans are hereby
incorporated by reference as if set forth i n this report.
