A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF RANCHO PALOS VERDES ORDERING THE
VACATION OF THE SLOPE EASEMENTS AND RIGHTS
OF WAY ALONG MOSS BANK DRIVE NEAR THE
INTERSECTION OF GRAYSLAKE ROAD
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO PALOS VERDES HEREBY
RESOLVES, DETERMINES AND ORDERS AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The slope easements and rights of way
along Mossbank Drive near the intersection of Grayslake
Road, as more particularly described in Section 2 herein,
are not necessary for present or prospective public street
purposes.
Section 2. The slope easements and rights of way
along Mossbank Drive near the intersection of Grayslake
Road as more particularly described in this section are
hereby ordered vacated.
(a) That portion of Mossbank Drive , in the
County of Los Angeles, State of California,
as shown on and dedicated by Map of Tract No.
24423, filed in Book 643, pages 10 to 13
inclusive, of Maps, in the office of the
Recorder of said County, within the following
described boundaries:
Beginning at the intersection of the most
easterly line in the westerly boundary of Lot
28, said tract, with a curve concentric with
and 28 feet northerly, measured radially,
from that certain 500 foot radius curve in
the southerly boundary of said lot ; thence
westerly along said concentric curve to the
beginning of a compound curve concave to the
northeast and having a radius of 15 feet,
said compound curve being tangent at its
northerly terminus to the southerly prolonga-
tion of that 'certain course of N 10 °35'30"
E 55.00 feet in said westerly boundary ; thence
northwesterly along said compound curve to
said southerly prolongation; thence northerly
along said southerly prolongation to said
westerly boundary ; thence southerly, south-
easterly and easterly along the westerly,
southwesterly and southerly boundaries of
said lot to the point of beginning.
(b) That certain 5 foot slope easement, in
above mentioned County, as shown . on and granted
to the County of Los Angeles by map of above
mentioned Tract No. 24423, which lies within
above mentioned Lot 28, said tract.

(c) That portion of that certain Future Street,
in the County of Los Angeles, State of California,
as shown on and offered for dedication by map of
Tract No. 24423, filed in Book 643, pages 10 to
13 inclusive, of Maps, in the office of the
Recorder of said County, which lies within Lot
28, said tract.
Excepting therefrom that portion thereof
which lies within the southerly 28 feet of said
lot.
(d) That portion of Mossbank Drive, in the
County of Los Angeles, State of California, as
shown on and dedicated by map of Tract No. 24423,
filed in Book 643, pages 10 to 13 inclusive, of
maps, in the office of the Recorder of said i
County, and that portion of Mossbank Drive in
Lot 27, said tract, which was accepted by the
Board of Supervisors of said County by a resolu-
tion , recorded as Document No. 2_640 , on May 12,

the following described boundaries:
Beginning at the intersection of the easterly
boundary of said lot with a line parallel with

Section 3. The City Clerk shall cause a certified
co py of this resolution and order to be recorded in the
office of the Recorder of the County of Los Angeles.
