Croce � ,. _ • . � . n 41:0?2ANGELES COOTy fiEGSTr:/".1-?-RECORDER A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO PALOS VERDES ORDERING THE VACATION OF THE SLOPE EASEMENTS AND RIGHTS OF WAY ALONG MOSS BANK DRIVE NEAR THE INTERSECTION OF GRAYSLAKE ROAD THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO PALOS VERDES HEREBY RESOLVES, DETERMINES AND ORDERS AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. The slope easements and rights of way along Mossbank Drive near the intersection of Grayslake Road, as more particularly described in Section 2 herein, are not necessary for present or prospective public street purposes. Section 2. The slope easements and rights of way along Mossbank Drive near the intersection of Grayslake Road as more particularly described in this section are hereby ordered vacated. (a) That portion of Mossbank Drive , in the County of Los Angeles, State of California, as shown on and dedicated by Map of Tract No. 24423, filed in Book 643, pages 10 to 13 inclusive, of Maps, in the office of the Recorder of said County, within the following described boundaries: Beginning at the intersection of the most easterly line in the westerly boundary of Lot 28, said tract, with a curve concentric with and 28 feet northerly, measured radially, from that certain 500 foot radius curve in the southerly boundary of said lot ; thence westerly along said concentric curve to the beginning of a compound curve concave to the northeast and having a radius of 15 feet, said compound curve being tangent at its northerly terminus to the southerly prolonga- tion of that 'certain course of N 10 °35'30" E 55.00 feet in said westerly boundary ; thence northwesterly along said compound curve to said southerly prolongation; thence northerly along said southerly prolongation to said westerly boundary ; thence southerly, south- easterly and easterly along the westerly, southwesterly and southerly boundaries of said lot to the point of beginning. (b) That certain 5 foot slope easement, in above mentioned County, as shown . on and granted to the County of Los Angeles by map of above mentioned Tract No. 24423, which lies within above mentioned Lot 28, said tract. a/ar/ it240tid 4-'44) ait. _T LJ 4- (1)61„. 3 s' (c) That portion of that certain Future Street, in the County of Los Angeles, State of California, as shown on and offered for dedication by map of Tract No. 24423, filed in Book 643, pages 10 to 13 inclusive, of Maps, in the office of the Recorder of said County, which lies within Lot 28, said tract. Excepting therefrom that portion thereof which lies within the southerly 28 feet of said lot. (d) That portion of Mossbank Drive, in the County of Los Angeles, State of California, as shown on and dedicated by map of Tract No. 24423, filed in Book 643, pages 10 to 13 inclusive, of maps, in the office of the Recorder of said i County, and that portion of Mossbank Drive in Lot 27, said tract, which was accepted by the Board of Supervisors of said County by a resolu- tion , recorded as Document No. 2_640 , on May 12, 9 1 70 in Book D4711, page 269, of Official Records, in the office of said Recorder, within the following described boundaries: Beginning at the intersection of the easterly boundary of said lot with a line parallel with y angles, 25 feet southerly, measured at rig ht g les , from the straight line in the northerly boundary of said lot; thence westerly along said parallel line 60.24 feet to a curve concentric with and 25 feet southerly, measured radially, from that certain 500 foot radius curve in said northerly boundary; thence westerly along said concentric curve 29.03 feet to the beginning of a reverse curve concave to the southeast, tangent to the northerly prolongation of that certain course of North 10°35'30" East 63 feet in the westerly boundar y of said lot and having a radius of 15 feet; thence southwesterly along said reverse curve 24.39 feet to said northerly prolongation; thence southerly along said northerly prolongation 5.01 feet to the southerly terminus of that certain 15 foot radius in the westerly, north- westerly and northerly boundaries of said lot; thence northeasterly along said certain 15 foot radius curve 24.38 feet to the easterly terminus thereof; thence easterly along a curve concentric with said certain 500 foot radius curve 29.04 feet to a line parallel with and 30 feet southerly, measured at right angles, from said straight line; thence easterly along said last mentioned parallel line 60.15 feet to said easterly boundary; thence northerly along said easterly boundary 5.00 feet to the point of beginning.
